He has donated 130 m dollars(Tk 910 crore) for the victims of Hurricane Sidr which devastated the south of Bangladesh on 15th November, 2007.

He didn’t disclose his name and will not. He is not a native from Bangladesh.

He only wants to see that the main bulk of the money (100m) is utilized in rebuilding the schools and cyclone shelters and the remaining part (30m) is used in agriculture and fisheries.

He endorses IDB to handle the donation in order to make the best utilization of the money.

When the Bangladesh Government is toiling to feed the people of the affected area and rehabilitation program is less than expected in pace, this donation will act as a blessing from the blue.

We hope that Bangladesh Government will best utilize the fund to the purpose for which it is dedicated.

We also express our deep gratitude to the man who has extended his hand so generously in our time of distress.

There is no way to thank him in a formal way.

But our best wishes will remain always from the deep of our heart for him and for his soul.

Equally as impresive as the amount of money he/she donated, is the fact that the donor wants to remain anonymous!

I believe the generous donor is a brother from Saudi Arabia as some anonymous sources purported had revealed.

We need equipment for $100,000/-. I have been searching for donors for the past 7 years. I have managed to do only 72 surgeries. These children have nowherelse to go. Can some anonymous benefectator help? Remember it is LIFE that you will be giving to these children!
